I would say Definitely no! because someone could buy up credits like a week before and stack up to get ahead of everyone.

Maybe Supporter Status gets 1.5 turns every 15 minutes while everyone else gets 1 or 2.5 and 2 if you want to up the turns.

On the giveaway, how about an EBgames gift card(you figure out the amount of money to put on it), since people are throwing out Wii, Xbox, PS3. This way the winner could get what they want.
