There is no release date at this time. If they knew when it was going to be ready by they would have told you guys. I talk like I am some informer from this site yet I just registered about 1 hour ago. xD

Exactly, how old ARE you? Anyways, I would think you have to contact the site, or pm one of the head admins for a mod position. Most-likely they will ask why and stuff, so be prepared if you actually want to become a moderator.
