You forgot Triangle. If you press Triangle you can swing on hooks whenever you see them. You need to finish the level where you find Professor Frink in a video game place.
I only put in the 1st powers because i'd sort of give everything away. by the way i've completed all the levels. I like the last video because ralph says "daddy, someone's looking at me" it is so funny

that level's awsome you get to kill the gorilla (i call him King Kong) and the way you kill him is lisa at the Hand Of Buddha
the praystation was sorta hard with comic book guy as a sumo wrestler and he's slow and the krusty dolls because they ran and you have to go very quickly
