Well without violation the rules, I'll explain. We (the mods) have a special button on the dashboard to the left, saying "Admin Area". In Admin Area, we can ban people, etc. We can regularly ban them (their account is closed), you can ban them by e-mail (if they try to make an account with that e-mail again, it will be denied) or I.P banning which means if they use any computer in that area, it will not work.
