Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. See the Profile section.

Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies, nor can we access any data obtained from their use, once we have given permission for them to set cookies for advertising.

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track userís movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to enable our Web-based service. We use an analysis utility called AWStats that uses log files to analyze traffic and user movement.

Communications from the Site

Account Activation

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username, and that the e-mail address they have provided is in fact a valid e-mail address.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. We reserve the right to send an e-mail to our users if, for instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email, in accordance with the users wishes.

main problems with importing phones from the US is they're either 1) CDMA only or they're carrier locked. Then there's also the issue of bands supported by phones in the US not being compatible with everywhere else

desu for life

Everyone should join Rise by the way, we've won before, and even though we've started this round late, I think we can do it again.

Says $549 in the US?

too bad I can't get one in AU for less than $1.2K :(

so much want

Blackberry KEYone

I hate how close we are to 2t covert. Somebody should trains one spies.

I enjoy it.

I'm using a Mac literally right now.

Psssht. I wouldn't use a mac if someone paid me.

That fuck.

Yea xChoasx is correct, "You would think so, but unfortunately it's not an inside joke" Because he did hack the site. Stole my macbook prize.

You would think so, but unfortunately not.

xChaosx being a hacker is basically just an inside joke of the site now. I don't think anyone actually believes the site has been hacked.

Admin Monty:
Server crashed and needed a reboot. Happens sometimes. Not a hack.

3. Monty never even said what happened was a hack. He just said the site was down.

2. A legit hack would be more obvious, because suddenly someone who wasn't on the board would be winning, or weird things would be happening.

1. A DDOS which is used to take down a site, is not a hack. It's sending a bunch of slave computers to ping a network.

A bit sad that he/she has to hack a site that's like 16 years old with no protection.

Just for a while

Heh, looks like MR X is on the rise!

So he finally admits it...

Yeah I'm totally a great hacker who takes down the game I like to play for no advantage.

Maybe it was that l33t hacker injecting the site or however the fuck.
